P-Card Fraud at Georgia Tech

The Atlanta Journal Constitution published another episode in the continuing drama of P-card fraud at state universities. An administrator at Georgia Tech is accused of stealing as much as $350,000 in national grant funds. According to "university system spokesman" John Millsaps, the administrator worked in the Parker H. Petit Institute of Bioengineering and Bioscience. At least one tenured professor also apparently made personal charges on a P-card.
