Randy Pausch
Randy Pausch died yesterday, July 25, of complications from pancreatic cancer. He was only 47 years old but already had a distinguished career as a pioneer in the creation of "virtual reality." Randy was a popular professor at Carnegie Mellon University when he was stricken last year with the cancer which finally killed him.
Speaking to an overflow crowd in McConomy Auditorium Randy delivered a one-of-a-kind last lecture that is now inspiring audiences around the globe through the internet.
