Audrey Parker, a personal friend of mine, has written a book of short reflections and anecdotes from her long, happy, and productive life. Flanking Mrs. Parker in the above photograph, my aunt Diantha Stevenson and I are both holding up copies of Ninety: Stick Around And You'll Get There. My mother, who took the photograph, is a neighbor of Mrs. Parker's down in Panama City, Florida.

I definitely plan to stick around.

@george.w - It was a stressful holiday, as my next post will make clear. I am very optimistic about my prospects for the coming year, though.

@koluki - Thank you for those wishes. Hopefully we will meet here someday during our long and happy lives!
